Deep Engraving & 3-D Engraving

Quantronix laser deep engravers perform a highly specialized engraving process resulting in deeper and faster material penetration/removal coupled with ultra-fine details and finishes, which cannot be achieved by mechanical means or by other standard laser systems. Quantronix has taken a leadership role in developing laser deep engraving and has created specialized lasers and laser deep engraving systems along with options and accessories that are ideal for system integrators, OEMs or end-users.

Given below are the deep engraving, 3-D engraving processes performed with the Quantronix Q-Mark Deep Engraving Systems:

Positive 2-D Engraving Process
		Deep penetration and removal of the material to create well defined features with the highest quality and contrast. Penetration depth is typically more than 0.005" (.127 mm).
