Celebrating Success: James Wells Achieves CMI Level 5 Diploma

We are proud to share that James Wells, Head of Operations at Covesion, has successfully completed the CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership. Studied independently online over the past year alongside his role, the diploma is designed to support new managers in developing the broad skill set needed to thrive in leadership.

James found the qualification a valuable complement to the hands-on experience he is gaining at Covesion, particularly since stepping into the Head of Operations role. The knowledge gained will be especially relevant as the company continues to grow and evolve.

At Covesion, we are committed to supporting personal and professional development across our team, and James¡¯ achievement is a great example of this in action. Congratulations, James!
